Returns Policy

We understand that goods may no longer be required by our customers for several reasons and reserve the right to refund the price of such goods in circumstances where there has been no breach of warranty or terms of sale.

In such cases, EPD must be notified within 30 days from delivery of goods of your intent to return. EPD reserve the right to not accept return of goods where it exceeds 30 days from delivery of goods. However we understand there may be exceptional circumstances whereby this can be exceeded and, in some cases, EPD will accept returns when notified within 90 days from delivery of goods.

We request that returned goods must include all returns paperwork that the customer receives from ourselves including the returns authorisation number and original order number.

As the return is at the request of the customer and no fault to EPD - EPD are entitled to apply a 10% restocking charge against the item(s) invoice value. If notified within 30 days.

If notified within 90 days EPD are entitled to apply a 25% restocking charge against the item(s) invoice value.

The restocking fee will be applied to the credit value.

EPD will arrange returns transportation from agreed point of collection on an agreed date with the customer. Should EPD attempt to collect on agreed date with the customer and the goods are not ready for collection, a failed collection charge of £10 will be applied to the credit value.

A credit will be processed upon safe receipt of goods and inspection has taken place.

From delivery of goods to collection, it is the responsibility of the recipient to make sure all reasonable precautions are taken to prevent any unnecessary cosmetic wear to the product.

The Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the price of goods in any of the following events:

  • the Customer makes any further use of the Goods after giving notice of return.
  • the Customer alters or repairs such Goods.
  • the Customer uses such Goods out with the ordinary course of good trade practise.
  • the Goods are not in good or re-saleable condition
  • the Goods differ from their description.

Transport companies acting on our behalf will only collect the specific items described on the collection note. No other items will be accepted.

Should the customer receive a product that is not what the customer requested, whether it be an order processing error or warehouse error on our part, there will be no return charge applied to the customer. Furthermore, Astrak will incur all aspects of return transport costs in these instances. Moreover, there will be no restocking fee applied the the customer credit.
